I am an old school gamer, but play just as many new games.

Just the classics... Chrono Trigger, Mega Man games, Super Mario, etc.

Absolutely not. I don't like old school games / I am too young to appreciate them

Don't get me wrong, I play a lot of new games, too. But you can never go wrong with the classics. I am currently playing Actraiser (Super Nintendo) and Castlevania: Symphony of the Night (PSX), and Final Fantasy 7 (PC version) on my XPS. I play other ones, too, but these are the main three that I've been playing the past few days.

I almost bought the Command&Conquor, The Last Decade pack last night. Red Alert 1 was the best stratigy game ever made!!!! I was going to install Warcraft 2 Battlenet Edition last weekend but I couldn't find my CD case with the serial number

I do bro.

I was playing the Zelda series on N64, both Ocarina and Majora's, but I stopped ever since I got Oblivion. That game has me hooked.

I just found my copy of WC2 BNE the other day, but I haven't installed it yet.

I just installed X Wing Vs Tie Fighter and sadly this game plays at like 640 by something resolution which is pretty awful. I can't belive I use to love this game. I wish I could play online though but I'm confused about the whole internet with phone modem settings.

I just poped in Return to Zork but it didn't work right. Neither do any of my old Sierra adventure games.

I enjoy breaking out my old games at times and trying them again. I played some Myth: The Fallen Lords recently and had a blast with it. I've never done the MAME stuff though.

I still play Homeworld nearly every day online.

Also I've recently got back into playing SNES games on ZSNES. It did make me laugh to see how badly dated the graphics are on some games but you can beat the classics like Secret of Mana. Ahhhh those were the days....

i got about 15000 roms stashed on this thing. GREAT fun if you hook up a controller to it and set it up correctly.

Yanno, i used to love that game. It rocks. Unfortunately during a move my disc broke and i lost my copy. I tried to hit up gamestop and to my AMAZEMENT the game has been discontinued and they no longer carry it.

Old school? Well, I do play Impossible Mission and some of the old SSI D&D games on my C64 emulator - is that old school?

More currently, I've always liked Rogue Squadron, and the Baldur's Gate series, the original Diablo - hmm, might play some of them tonight... nah, Oblivion calls!

i collected all roms for every system, but i haven't played 99% of them and probably never will. i play old school beat'em up from the 90s online everyday though, and even bought a x-arcade twin stick 4 years ago.

I'm not knocking them but I've never been a fan of older games; I guess I just find them boring cos they're generally pretty repetitive.

I don't! I know I'm not the only one.

I do occasionally play SNES, not on my 9300 though.
