Nope man, I am in the Europe, and I can get pretty good deal for the 5650. Now I am thinking if to go this way or still buy 8204? Yeah, gosh...

I'd buy the 5650, if I could. (Assuming its a Dual Core 2.0 also). I like the screen and native res of the 5650 alot better too.

Well, the story is, there is no 2GHz Centrino Duo, just the T2300 with 1GB of RAM... there is no other choice...so I do not know..

I dont know if that's what the Acer rep was refering to. I expressed intrest in a 14 inch laptop (the 5560); I was asking if there was any way for me to get one in North America. The rep told me no, but keep an eye on their product line, because there should be something new coming in about a week. I doubt the rep would tell me to wait if the new laptop was gunna be a 20 incher...Something else should be coming out really soon.

Acer is probly launching new laptops shortly before the debut of the Turion X2 to start a price war...(all the better for us lol), and according to news from Taiwan, Acer, along with Asus and a few other companies, are working to release Turion X2 laptops very soon, so...things should get really interesting, heh?
