Well I've been wanting to use my $100 coupon from Dell to buy this thing, but I have never been able to find it on Dell.com. Well I finally found it!

The customer install is just extra inserts.

and as far as the outlet deal with 3 weeks ship time that generally means you won't see one

sorry 56k. Not my xps, but it is what it looks like, and this guy has a guild wars insert for his.

I dig it, plus it saves the metallic backing from scratches ( heh i still have the plastic packing safety tape stuff on mine.. )

When I ordered mine they told me to expect it in 3-5 weeks and it showed up two days later. So hopefully that will happen to those of you ordering now as well.
