I received a couple responses from Dell about teh shipping ripoff. The first response was to say something along the line of, "I see you want to order the Personalization Shield. Please call telephone sales to choose the keyboard that fits your needs." {Blink}{Blink}
The second response, which was just someone else's response to the same message, said that I should call telephone sales because they have the information necessary to order this item.
This is the second time in a row that Dell chat or Email support has proven useless.

Seeing as how the plan is to save money, I'll just push this to the back burner for a while.
