Yes, but the price differential gets a little crazy up that those levels. I did a survey of all 400MHz FSB Pentium-M processors sold on eBay in about a month's time and came up with:
1.6GHz: average $80, range $55-$100
1.7GHz: average $100, range $80-$130
1.8GHz: average $130, range $100-$150
2.0GHz: average $260, range $210-$320
2.1GHz: average $315, range $300-$340
Prices are all shipped (estimated when necessary) and in US dollars, and are for both used and new processors...it was too much of a pain to differentiate.
The price to performance ratio sort of goes off the reservation around the 2.0GHz level. I was able to fine a 2.0GHz processor for $220 shipped and was happy with that. As I type this, it's grinding away at a video re-encoding.
The 1.7GHz would be a good value for you, jumping up from a 1.3GHz.
