I have the option of getting a 9300 w/ 2.0ghz Pent M w/ 6800 Go pinmodded or 1705 with 1.83 core duo w/ 7800 go. Which would be the better gamer and all around performance. I can get them for about the same price. thanks.

If your referring to mine as the 9300, its not pin-modded, just a regular 2ghz

If i were you id go witht the 9400 if you want to game and leave everything stock, otherwise id go with the 9300 and pin mod the cpu to 2.4 and pop a 7800gtx in it

Well, I haven't ever used the Duo Core Pentium-Ms but I do have a i9300 with a 2.4Ghz pinmod, and a 7800GTX with only 1.25GB of DDR2 533. I can say that it's honestly the best purchase I have made in a long time.

I play Doom3 on high, BF2 on high and I recently bought Command & Conquer: Generals, and I play that on max settings as well.
