i have a 1987 SAAB 900i... very cool car. have no camera at hand right now, but i guess noone wants to see it.
it has a hole in the floor, and the brakes are worthless...
but it´s white, so it blends nicely with the snow. and it´s really fun to jump with it.

Car suggetstion.

I have a 1999 Mercury Mystique Its a good reliable get you from A to B car. It is not fast ro sporty or even loud. Hopefully I will be getting a new car his summer. Does any body have any suggestions I thought about a 2005 Mustang does any body know how much room there is inthose things it does notlook like much and I need to at least seat 4 People in it from tiem to time that and I'm sure it does not go well in the snow being rear wheel drive and all. On the other hand it is one hot looking ride I love the old school looks of it and im my opinon the best looking car you can get for under $20,000 of course that is the base model. So if you hae any suggestions on a car that has plaenty of room goes well in the snow and cost around the $18,000 to $23,000 range let me know I'mjust starting to sop around.

Brain,

I would say the Stang (because I have one and have seen the pics of the new ones) will not do for 4 people. They have backseats but its like riding around in a clown car when you try to put 2 adults in the backseat. Very cramped an uncomfortable for everyone.

The trunk has about enough room for two overnight bags and your laptop case. Not much more unfortunately. That's whey I got the SVTf...more room and a hatch.

I think for what you need to get accomplished, the WRX would do very nicely for you. 4 doors, room, AWD...and turbo charged!

-Craig

ps
VERY nice STI!

Exactly, the stang has always had seats like that. It is Fords way of keeping it a 4 passager car for the buyer all awhile avoiding high insurance costs of the 2 passager car rates.

Just remember, the cars (Mustang GT) that Craig and I have are not V6 (190hp, 3.8liter). We have the V8 4.6 liter and stock it has 260hp, but with the mods that I have done, I have 300hp. A whole lot of powerplant at my disposal.

Oh I see, wow a v6 only producing 190hp thats weird.
In canada we don't have saleens or mach 1's sorry if i say the names wrong, we just have the GT but more then 190 HP i believe, faster then a 330ci.......

now I actually still don't understand how come the v8 only has 260hp stock? i thought most v8's push 300hp? I mean even a 350z v6 pushes 287 I believe.....
not flaming or anything, just wondering? once again i know jack about domestics

Ok this thread looks like fun so here goes:

This is my 1993 Porsche 911 RS America. (Renn Sport)

This is my 1987 Porsche 951, this car I now use for track and not show as it's pictured here. Funny thing is this car is half the cost of the 911 and turns over 375hp. Gotta love turbos!

This is my S4 and the 951 together, they are both at my buddies house as I rent his second garage since I am out of space at my house. Since this picture the S4 has been in an accident and is still at the shop getting fixed up.

As you can tell I am into German cars in a big way. I havre always had a Bimmer, or an Audi as my daily driver, and I have never been without a Porsche in the garage.

I had a 97 Formula for a while, it also had the 6 speed. How do you like the "skip shift?"

Oh really?, I mean its not really that annoying, but when your driving around in a 35mph SL it's stupid....

Ford purposely under-tunes these engines so as to avoid the high insurance costs for the customer in the long run. Hence my previous post about the back seats as well.

I know someone which took a stock like mine and now is pushing 475hp after tuning, and installing a supercharger.
