This was my baby:

My Little Italian Stallion

0 -100kph in 6.1sec, remove intake limiter and it dropped to 5.9sec
Top speed: 227kph, remove intake limiter and you got a scary 246kph
Accomplished an 802km trip in 3hr 15min, trip computer had average speed of 221kph.
Couldn't brake worth a damn, couldn't corner for shit, 3-wheels was it's normal cornering attitude, almost killed me many times but I loved her to death.

Current owner has replaced intake restrictor plate as he says it's scary to wheelspin through the lower gears. He has promised to sell her back to my brother if he ever decides to let her go. Even though she's in Cape Town South Africa he still sends me the odd pic so I can see how well he looks after her.

I miss my baby.

Currently the wheels of (no) choice is a Volvo V70 as provided by my wife's company and a Ford something or other.

I like my electronic toys, so I'm going for paddle shifters in my next car. They are rather convenient at times, and I think more fun than regular manual. Personal opinion

Red can you buy skylines where you live? we can by them in the US but they are so restricted.
Yeah....isn't that cool?

Not too far away lives Godzilla - 500bhp monster ex-factory demo. I'm still bugging the owner for a drive, even passenger seat would be good!

Back in South Africa a friend owned a GTR - we loved going out and taking out all the poser Porsche/Ferrari numbnuts, and I apologise to any current Porsche/Ferrari owners here, but in South Africa, 99.9% of those owners are posers not drivers.

do you get sport compact car mag? if you do you should pick up the latest issue, it shows the newest skyline 500hp Z-tune it is beautiful!!!!

In Oz skylines are a dime a dozen, why are there such restrictions in the states?

To totally misquote jack Nicholson:

You WANT the power? You can't HANDLE the power!!!!!!!

Seriously, they take their emissions very carefully there in the USA. My bloody Uno Turbo would not have passed, and I considered bringing it over with me.

You can buy them but most have been emission-controlled so they are like anything from 25 to 100bhp down on what we normally have.

However, there is a company, in southern California, which gets them USA-legal, but they then redo the engine so that all 400bhp is let loose. A mag I read tested an Aussie-Japan spec against it and during testing couldn't tell the difference.
