Oblivion on the Toshiba m40

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone with a M40 plays Oblivion?
I'm currently running the game with 84.25 drivers from laptopvideo2go.com
However, when I'm running outside in the game during the day-time, there is a blue outline on the edge of my screen.
Only when it turns night-time in the game, or if I'm indoors does the blue outline disappear.
Anyone else having this problem?
Oh, and I'm running the game at:
1024x640 widescreen resolution
2X AA
No V-Sync
Max viewing range + .ini tweaks

I'm playing oblivion on my M40. However i left the drivers stock because I found the new drivers from laptop2go dont work with the function keys or powermizer. I've got a gig of ram on my system and I run 1280x800 pretty well. I've seen some blue desktop style colors show up occasionally on the bottom right of the screen... although I think it might be caused by the configfree program.

Oblivion gets its resolutions off of the ones that your monitor can support.
Originally, with stock 71.72 drivers, I could only get a few widescreen resolutions.
The newest 84.25 drivers which were released especially for Oblivion players, are desktop drivers.
The desktop ones give my 6600 a lot more desktop resolution options.
So Oblivion gives me the option to play @ 1024x640, which is a great resolution to run it at by the way.
Any one else have a problem with blue lines on the edge of the screen?
EDIT:
Oh, my frames outdoor are pretty stable /w the 1024x640 resolution, they're about 15-20 FPS when im running around, and usually they drop to 12 frames if I'm fighting outdoors.
Frame rates indoors are pretty good, 25-30 frames usually, sometimes they peak at 40.
