Screen Cleaning?

I have a Dell Inspiron 6000 and this is my first laptop and I was wondering what is the best way to clean the screen on it cause I have like a small water spot on it from my son shooting his watergun in the house?

erm.... water you wipe with a cloth but if you get smudges screen wipes are the best from like pc world etc

Eyeglass/Lens cleaner on a soft cloth. Do not spray on the screen.

just make sure you dont use a tissue to do the wiping. They leave lint all over the screen. Wet some soft toilet paper, does the trick for me.
