Drivers from A3.54 to A354a. The readme file is the same so no explaintion for the update.
5 files have the date of 1/27/2004
layout.bin
data2.cab
data1.cab
data1.hdr
setup.inx

I'm not going to install the new ones unless someone finds a fix, change or a bug fix from the last version.

I noticed that on my 8890 (that it was working at 10mbs) i went in and turned off auto negotiate and set it to 100 mbs.... apparently the latest driver revision made the autonegotiation mess up on the gigabit adapters as i never noticed that till after last driver install.... still takes forever it seems like to get a net connection after resuming from hibernation.. hope that is fixed soon... but no new driver since 1/15 for the 8169 ethernet..

Are these drivers for all sagers (8887 here) or just the new ones?

The Realteks should be specific for the model Network card rather than the model Sager. Matchemup.

What about audio? I have the 4780, and the audio absolutly sucks. There is alway background noise, like interferance from other components in the system. Is this also for audio? Playing games online is a pain. I like to ware HeadPhones and turn it up so I can hear approching footsteps, they just sound garbled and faint, if there is any sound at all.

Try disabling IR port in Device Manager that has decreased noise for some people on these laptops.

I had my headphones on last night and the cracking noise was about to drive me crazy. I'll have to try muting the line in and volume mixer.
