Appreciate the thought though.

I don't have my D3 discs any more. Damn, this mod may have made owning that boring-ass game worth while!

You will blow through the levels pretty quick. Doom was a lot smaller than typical games these days, but the mod is fun. It works on Linux too.

Yeah, I mentioned this here already.

Speaking of killer mods: Those of you who are Half Life fans might want to watch out for this one as well. Black Mesa: Source is to HL 1 what Classic Doom for Doom 3 is to Doom. Rumour has it that the Black Mesa mod for Half Life 2 might be out at the end of the year, or thereabouts.
