Hehe - I just got a survey from Gateway about my purchase experience! :-)
I think I was pretty balanced - on a scale of 1 to 10 I gave them 9's and 10's for product design and quality, and 1's and 2's for the order-to-delivery process! I was careful to give them specific comments at the end. Hopefully if they get enough of these from us, they'll take steps to improve their process.
As an aside, I thought it was interesting that they asked for opinions on the strength of Gateway's business, and whether we think they will be a viable company long-term. Never seen that in a survey before, but in Gateway's case, they're legitimate questions.
