I had set up a sale of my laptop with him over on Hard Forums. We negotiated over the phone and we finally agreed on a price. He submitted a payment through Paypal which I recieved and then I sent out the laptop. He receives it and thanks me for the transaction. A little over a month later I get a email from paypal saying Tachokoma had started a dispute and said he never received the laptop. I have tried to contact him with no response and paypal has froze my account after they charged the money he had sent, back to me resulting in a negative balance. Paypal us currently investigating and everything should turn out okay but this is crazy. I can't believe someone would do this to another person.

I never bought a laptop from you.

I bought my laptop from a gentlemen named Fahad, who lives in IL. Not only that, but we used my girlfriends paypal account, not even mine

I think you may have me confused with another person who uses the name Tachikoma?

Rick-
Make sure you phone PayPal often..to check progress. I had a similar issue and I caught a few screw ups by PayPal representatives during the investigation...so make sure. Mine was plainly in my favor and the PayPal investigation rep still ruled in the other guys favor. I had to call them and raise hell to a supervisor to have my issue resolved correctly. You may not have the same problems as I did.....but just insure they know all the information and that a competent rep is handling your claim.

The beware should be against sellers and buyers who've committed crime here, not somewhere else....
