Still having the problem and finally called Acer and they don't have a clue they told me since I bought it from Newegg to send it back and get a new one so I called newegg and they won't exchange it they said send it in and they will repair it or if it can't be repaired they will replace it. IT will take 3 to 4 weeks thats the part that pisses me off. But anyhow called Acer back and he said just uninstall launch manager and wait and see if other people has this problem. The problem I have is When Launch manager is installed if I pick up the laptop and move it around I get a pop error saying PowerCinema.exe My_TV and below is says specified file can't be found. I have Pro Installed and it does it with Home also but with the Home edition that ACer supplied I get Acer Arcade coming up saying theres no TV tuner so I have no idea whats going on. I think there is a setting in the Bios that is turned on that needs to be turned off but when I go in the Bios theres nothing much to change unlike my Desktop theres all kinds of setting. I have the 5272 model. Any suggestions would be so much appreciated. I don't want to send it in for repair already.
