Laptops are dual voltage. I bought the 5680 and use a plug adapter to convert it to the European two rounded prongs without any difficulties.

If the laptop you're after has a TV tuner, make sure its PAL-I, sager offer this as an option. As to the cables, the only issue is the plug on the AC adapter, which is a grounded US one. I simply cut it off and wired a UK plug on instead, you could also use an adapter as suggested, or even buy a UK ac adapter or 'wall to power brick' cable from one of the UK resellers, mesh, AJP or pico, if they'll sell you one. The power brick itself is the same no matter which country you buy it from, it takes voltages from 110V to 240V so its fine in any country.
