hiya all im new to this site i hear that i can get some help for my pc i need to know how to change my windows start pic i install a desktop theme now when i start my pc i get this cat pic this pic is on the very frist thing i see so if any one can help me let me know i well be in your debt thanks

Hey gun, I think he means the windows xp splash screen with the bar that scrolls under it at boot up.
