so i just bought this "non working" notebook cheap local
specs -
700mhz celly
64mb ram
cd-rom
10gb hd
yeah..so i took it apart, cleaned it - the cpu cooler was dirty and didnt have any thermal compound. i also bought a charger
so, the laptop powers on, HD spins up, cd rom spins up - but there's no video on the screen and i cant get external display. the lights flash when i turn it on, but i dont hear a start up beep
suggetions?!
btw i know its not the cpu because i stuck a p3 1.26ghz in and the laptop woulnd't turn on
