The title says it all. I had gotten used to using my 8600's integrated mic for voice communications (Ventrilo), and tried to do the same with the E1705 and got nothing. Does this machine have a mic built in at all and I'm just missing something? Or am I going to have to use an external mic of some sort?
If the latter is the case, does anyone have suggestions on a decent mic for this purpose? I would prefer something that isn't simply a headset, as I already have a set of headphones I really like.
I checked the documentation for the machine and it didn't mention a mic at all, however I find it hard to believe that a "Multimedia" monster like this wouldn't have something as simple as a microphone....
