Actually, 7300 can barely compare to X700. Haven't experienced 7300 but the specification doesn't even come close

7300 is 64bit, compared to x700's 128bit memory interface. And x700 have double the fill rate of 7300... the only thing faster on the 7300 is the memory clock, but still can't compensate for the 64bit interface.

Maybe the ferrari 4k you had was underclocked or the software wasn't working correctly?

7400 can just barely compete with x700 as I found out on my friend's V6j. Its fps in Hl2 isn't quite as high as x700 :/ to my friend's surprise

So i would say get the x700, or even the x1600/go7600... should be great cards ^^.

Thank you

There you go a more even match up, the 7400 vs the x700.

Heh, the x700 still spanks the 7400 cause the 7400 is just an OCed 7300, so both of those belong in the trash video card category. I think asoulintime has been smoking too much crack if he thinks a 7300 will play games faster then an x700. Being an AMD fanboy doesn't make him look any smarter either, since, well, fanboys are closed minded idiots.

Somebody needs to get asoulintime to shut his ass up about how a 7300 is better than an x700. That somebody is me. Here are some real game benchmarks for you to shove up your ...

Maybe thats the case. Or maybe I got a bad GPU in my Ferrari all I know is the x700 I had was a total POS it was worthless. Thats why I never use ATI personaly every one I have had has had some problem. And I also know the 7300 I now have blows what I did have away. Like I siad this is based of personal experance with the card not sure why everyone is taking offence here.

Excuse me? You were the one swearing in the other post when I gave you conclusive evidence. I think you are the one taking personal offence here buddy.

Pyrodragon, thank you. Geez. I dont understand why he had to be rude in this thread and in the other thread about the whole thing.

I was just stating my personaly experance with the card not sure why you guys are taking offense to the whole thing. Maybe you had better luck with the POS x700 but I didn't.

I think the problem is many people reads these forums and you giving an opinion such as 7300 is better than the x700 when the 7400 doesn't even match the x700 will mis-inform many noobs to only spend $$$$ on a new laptop to be very disappointed. I would come for you myself if I was new...

And the thing is you sounded you were so convinced the 7300 is better than the x700 where every benchmark / games says otherwise.

My thoughts exactly.
