hi all
recently, we were booted by our isp for illegal downloading. only thing is, we didnt download the file they said we did. so barring and error on their part, we figured someone cracked into our wireless single key network and downloaded it.

so we're securing out network. we have a MAC filter in place, we're going to change to WPA, disable ssid broadcast, and we're trying to get rid of dhcp if possible.

i have it set up to use static ip's, and i have my computer set up to ask for the right ip, but it doesnt let me tell it to only connect to our home network using static, and other networks using dhcp

is there a program that lets you create profiles so that you use dhcp most of the time, but when connected to our home network uses static ip's?
