Backup Software

What is a good FREE backup software that allows me to compare two directories structure and copy the differences in file?

For example:

C:\backup\


F:\backup\


It will compare the directory structures under it and copy from C to F any files found in C and not in F, etc/..

i use ALLWAY sync. it has a limitation on the free version though. i bought it and love it.

its a little better than sync back. AS gives many more stats, which is what i want.

that version is fine for basic stuff, but i wanted a little more detail. the pro version of syncback gives u the detail.
