Hi,
I have some lagging/stuttering probs with Wolfenstein Enemy Territory (M170 2,2GHz, 1G, 7800). Frequently when I encounter some action the screen freezes for the fraction of a second, which is not nice in a multiplayer shooter. This does not happen on my desktop machine with weaker hardware (P4 3GHz, 1G, Ati 850). I have tried to:
-Set hd performance to max in notebookhardwarecontrol
-Use an Audigy ZS pcmcia
-install the latest laptopvideo2go driver
-install the latest xtreme-g video drivers, but they gave me a bluescreen after reboot
It does not seem to happen in other shooters, e.g. quake 4 seems to run smoothly. Any ideas?
Marcus
