Cyberpower pc

Does anyone have any experience with cyberpowerpc as far as odering and warranty problems? I am looking at the ultra 64 (clevo 900) there as well as the Sager 9750 of course. As is stands now the 9750 will cost me about $220 more than the cypower model identically built. The only real difference is that pctorque and discountlaptops offer a 2yr extended warranty for ~$100.

I also considered the new Dell m1710 but the lack of a pcmcia slot is somewhat of a deal breaker for me because I need my evdo card for a connection. There is currently no offerings for an express EVDO card. With EVDO Rev A set to launch the first of 07 it seems stupid to buy a rev 0 express card even if they were out. The whole express card only option has me annoyed to say the least atm.

Any experience with cyberpower?

I bought my laptop (MSI Ms-1029) from cyberpower. The purchase process was a bit...difficult...as I was having trouble with my bank card and address. I called my sales representative and she was very rude. I asked her if there was any alternatives to the previously suggested method and she got upset and began to exclaim "look just do what I told you." After that rough purchase, wonder why I still went with them (oo yea they were really cheap, thats why), I was kept upto date on the building of my laptop. I received it about 2 weeks before the originial estimated delivery date. When I got my laptop, it didn't come with everything advertised (a carrying case) but I decided to just eat the loss rather than deal with the sales rep again. As far as the laptop goes, there were no blemishes. The build quality of the laptop is a bit questionable, however who is to blame, MSI or cyberpower? If something was to go wrong with this laptop, I think having to use the warranty would be a PAIN, so lets hope nothing happens. Hope this was coherent and answered your questions.

dealt with cyberpower and the rep i talked to was very friendly.

my laptop is from ibuypower, they've been a tad slow on RMA processes, but they got the job done always... and done it well. not to mention they were dirt cheap.
