I can't answer your question, but why are you buying the RAM from Dell? On my E1505 2gig of DDR 533 (they don't offer 667MHz in the US on the E1505) was a $300 "upgrade", but I can get two good quality 1GB sticks of 533 online for ~$130. Two 1GB sticks of 667 for about $170.

You should really edit the thread title, because people who don't read the whole thread get the wrong idea...

I presume by the term "integrated", you're referring to the Intel GMA 900/950. Is that correct? If so, what type of frame rates did you experience? 15, 30, 60, etc? Do you recall what resolution or complexity you had configured?

Thanks in advance.
