Aspire 5670 Keyboard and Acer Support

Thread Starter
I have Aspire 5670 from work. It's a nice upgrade from my old Dell Celeron M latitude D510. However, the keyboard was poorly contructed Couple of keys popped out of the keybroad after a little over month of use When I opened up the LCD, I saw the F7 and F8 key were loose. I'm not sure what caused that. The only thing I could think of was that I might have dropped my mouse on it from like a 3" height.

I really don't want to send it back to Acer. First of all, I don't know how long it would take them to fix it. Second, I can't be without my work laptop since I travel a lot. Now my question is that would Acer send me a replacement keyboard so that I can replace it myself. If not, do you guys know if I could just purchase the keyboard. Can I buy it direct from Acer? And How much? Or any other suggestions?

Thanks!!

Im using my Ferrari 3200 almost for 2 year long and I can honestly say that it is working perfectly ( not to mantion that laptop is runnig almost all the time, because it is my primary workstation ). I would really pay a homage to ACER and to their great effort they put into their machines. Looking forward fort next generation of Ferrari line.
