The problems just do not end.

I've been having sound problems with this POS machine since I bought it, and when the sound board died I finally sent it in. I just got it back today, and they replaced the mainboard, the charger board, and the sound board. Finally sound!

But now no bluetooth. It worked when I first turned it on, but then the launch manager failed. I remembered that Acer had released an update for the 8100, so I downloaded it and tried to install. Froze in the middle. So I restarted, and the bluetooth hasn't worked since.

The light will not turn off. I've since tried every version of launch manager released within the past few years, in combination with Acer's bluetooth drivers on the support downloads site, Microsoft drivers, and even a system restore to before when I sent it in (I removed the hard drive before I mailed it). The light won't go off, and I can't get it to recognize ANY bluetooth devices. Not my mouse, not my roommate's mouse, not a head set, not a cell phone. It won't even search for more then 2 seconds, it just says "Nothing found" when I do a device search. I really do not want to send this back in. I am so angry. Any suggestions?
