Toshiba M40 Runs Hot?

Hey people, my CPU, at 1.86Ghz idles @ 48C and my vid card idles at 60C regardless of clockspeed. Do I need to get in there and apply some new cooling compound?

BTW my CPU is undervolted to 0.700V @ 800 mhz and 1.036V @1.86Ghz
