Klipsh, hands down. Klipsh makes Logitech sound the cheap headphones that came with Walkman's in the 80's. Especially given that they are cheaper. I use Klipsch 2.0's.

I used to work at Best Buy and every single person in the computer department picked Klipsch's over anything for their personal computers.

I've had two sets of Klipsch 4.1's for years, and just got the ALX 5.1 Klipsch setup. I'd highly recommend the Klipsch.

Here's my review of my new set, with pictures of the 4.1 system too.

I'd go with Klipsch. I've got a few sets around the house myself and they're simply awesome hands down.

EDIT: notice the X-530's in my sig. They're the "cheaper" version, but produce great sounds, but I still think Klipsch are a cut above.

I have the 3 speaker set of Klipsch and am amazed at the sound that can come from this small system...they've earned my respect and money. Check out Hammers review if you have any doubts.

just say "I want the best speakers"
no, I think its pronounced 'klipsh' but I say 'clipsich'
Its pronounced like "clip" as in a clip on a book bag and the sch "like the beginning of the word chip, as in salsa and chips. So clip and then "ch" and kinda connect it with an S sound clip-s-ch. Its german I think.

Klipsch...had the 500 watt 5.1's for 3 years plus...they are amazing speakers. Sounds as good or better than a good stereo.

I have a set of 5500 and love them, have had them for two years now. They are about half the price of the klipsch and has more inputs If I am not mistaken. The klispch are nice no dount and you will not go wrong either way as they both are great setups.
