E1705 Clock Speed

Hey just wondering: when I looked in the BIOS for my 1705, under processor information, it says that the minimum clock speed is 1.00 ghz and max is 1.83. It says the current speed is 1.00. Its a dual core so is this normal?

Is part of the power management stuff. The processor changes clocks according to condition. THe lowest clock T2400 will go is 1.0 GHZ and highest is 1.83GHZ, nothing to worry about
