I received my Sager 9750 on April 18th. The video drivers installed for the 7800 GTX card was dated 9/26/2005 at version 7.9.3.1. However, I noticed the Sager support site for the NP9750 listed new drivers for the 7800 GTX card dated 29 Mar 2006 at version 8.4.2.1.
Using the free version of 3DMark05 set at 1280x1024, my “out-of-the-box” 9750's 3DMark05 score using the old drivers was 6850 – the new drivers improved that score to 7096. The 3DMark06 Pro scores went from 3942 (old drv) to 4087 (new drv).
Anyway, seems to me the new video drivers made a bit of a difference. They can be found at: http://www.sagernotebook.com/pages/n...oductType=9750
My Sys Specs (in brief):
Sager 9750|AMD FX60|2GB RAM|(2) 80GB 7200 RPM HDD (raid 0)|WUXGA (1920x1200)|7800 GTX
