No. I wouldn't want my nfo released to the public. He did a bad thing yes - but nothing to justify having his info splattered all over the net.

If he is a bad trader, what makes him any different from the bad traders listed on trollhunters. A personal visit may not be a bad idea. If someone on here took me for that kinda money, there definatly would be a personal visit involved.

I guess but is not paying $300 justify a "bad thing" or stealing? He knows he's wrong but he just rather take the "bad trader" route than paying for the $300 which is really up don't you think?

I mean i'd be if this happens to me.

operaman did you go to http://www.trollhunters.com/ and report him there also some mod at overclockers.com may be able to help you or at least cue you into what you might be able to do and also i am sure if this happen here the mod of this forum will be more then happy to help you out to keep the image of this forum clean

I see a lot of complaining about the moderators having to fix this deal gone wrong. I refer you to the rules of the For Sale section:

I hope I have never come off as critical of Mods here. I know you guys do as good a job as you can. I just wish Cross would simply pay what is fair. I personally have a hard time believing any of what he has said now or in the past at this point, but what can one do? As for mediation, if Cross will pay the $300 I am happy to move on. The last straw for me was him pm'ing me how broke he was then me finding him trying to spend $800 for an I9300.

It really does show what a classless person he is if he won't come on here to explain himself and pay me. So really this is done at this point...

BTW, I love this forum, I appreciate the work you Mods do, and look forward to staying a member while I stay in merry ol' Europa

Well I honestly disagree. The Mods have done all they can do. But he should be banned. He is a dishonest trader, and is not to be trusted. I think his attitude in his posts was just wrong, plus the fact as Operaman said, he has made some very recent purchases and was trying to buy another laptop. And on that note, I am done..

Okay, if I contact police from half way across the US I am in NYC he is in Arizona I am SURE they will just jump on it. Plus his home phone I had is disconnected and his cell phone is turned off. So good luck to me right?

Before posting know the FACTS. FACT: Police from across the US aren't going to do jack to help me. I can go ahead and file the report. What I CAN do is make sure this guy never trades anywhere again. He is done here, he is totally DONE at Anand and at Hardforum. So there you have it.

I am reporting him to Trollhunters but that still will not get me my money.

Disconnecting his phones is a bad move.

He did say he is moving but usually the cell is still good.

I think with the dead phone I would post the personal info.

He admitted owing $70 in the reconvoluted deal but has not even paid that while spending (or not spending but trying to steal) another $800.

It looks like the mods are doing what we look for them to do by attempting contact and eventually banning him. Have you been told when he will be banned? He is still in good order here.

Now if I am to believe his age here (21?) and moving to Germany, well I would be guessing that maybe he is in the service if this info is true.

The police would do nothing in this transaction. Their time is valuable and it would cost them over $500 of their time just to take you call and to drive to the residence. Due to the tardiness in this transaction, the convoluted payments, sending first, etc. it would be impossible to find justification for any LE action.

If he is in the service that is another matter. Sure would be good to know as his CO would not like trouble like this and would make his life hell until it is settled.

Anyone know a good collection agency? When I was younger alot of my relatives ran businesses and when they had a bad debt they would sell it for like 20 cents on the dollar.

I would turn this over to a collection agency and let them harass him though don't count on any money as they would not see you as a regular customer.

If you used paypal you can file a dispute, the time limit is up on it of course but they verify ID for accounts thus he will always be flagged and maybe not able to get another paypal account.

Don't waste time with LE as this is not anything like theft, more like a bad transaction.

Time to start outing him I think at trollhunter, anatech, HEAT, etc. Link to this thread on your posts.

If you seen some deals he was working PM everyone on the deal and link to this thread.

If the mods know of him working any deals here (after viewing his PM's and emails out of this site) I hope they will contact those folks.

Also just bump this post up every week at all those places with his contact info/real name on the first post for all to see.

What a lameass, i hate scammers/trollers and people that are just to sorry and lazy to do whats right and rip people off. Grow up learn some damn responsibility before you do cross the wrong person and you pay some serious consiquences..
