Nah, definitely Costa Rica. Hammerhead even said above that it isn't in Puerta Rico.

why don't you run your arse back to the apple forums troll!

So you paid for the On Site warranty, and a tech was out at least once? Have you discussed with them the possibility of them sending out someone armed with parts to track down the problem?

I'm a Mac fan and even I find this post rather tasteless. Go away.

So do I. Marek, that post is the sort we Apple forums readers expect to see from abf, and I'm sure you understand how we feel reading his posts. Please, if for no other reason than respect for other Apple folks, delete, or reword your post.

Boshe moi...weren't you the one who made a post asking why Windows users don't like Mac users Marek? This post certainly doesn't help things.

Another Mac fan chiming in to agree with Kakaze, bmwrob, and selch. But, I'll give MarekS the benefit of the doubt that he/she didn't mean the post to come off quite so troll-like.

Hope this gets resolved...

Apologies if it's latin, I don't speak that

If it's motherboard related, they won't send a home tech. These issues generally take a long time to diagnose, and a long time to repair not including the parts the guy would have to have with him just in case. Then he'd have to reinstall the OS and do the run in. Local techs can't do that in your home.

For me with major repairs, I'd rather send it back to the mothership and let them do their thing.

Marek - most people here do not give negative rep, even if we don't like something someone says. Apple is great, but a lot of people like AW too - so you won't make many friends here by saying you are looking for potential suspects
