I have an old 2700C that's running fine with Ubuntu Linux. I say running fine, it's taken me an age to get it running cold but have managed it now. Common problem, I hear.



Here's my BIOS version - I'm sure you can see it's a bit out of date!
I've updated the processor since.

I've found another slightly later one here: http://www.guenstigstes.de/NovaI.html (Version 1.11) and some BIOS refresh tools ( ?? Anyone help me out with that?? Presumably the flash utility?).

Anyone by chance know if there was any other revisions? Or would my prehistoric lappy not gain anything anyway?
