Help, my Acer Aspire 3610 has crashed and no amount of pressing escape, or control, alt, delete, is making any difference. No response to curser, or touch pad, will not close down and am unable to close the window its stuck in. I have removed modem cable, power cable and usb mouse cable. It has been sitting like this for almost an hour now. Any ideas?
