I have an E1705 and since the day I got it, it would detect wi-fi networks upon start-up without a problem. It would detect at least 2-3 on my street. I set up my own LAN with security and have been using it on two laptops without a problem (the E1705 and an old Dell laptop). Well, something I did last night is not allowing the E1705 to detect networks upon start-up and when I right click on the toolbar to show available networks, it is not showing any available including mine. I tried to 'configure using windows' but this didn't work either. I tried to 'repair' the connection and nothing. The little blue 'wi-fi' light is on...what has happened and why won't it detect my LAN!?!?! Help please....this is the one thing that frustrates the crud out of me. I guess something that got disabled or turned off when using System Mechanic 5 to 'clean up' the system. I also downloaded Radlinker.exe but never ran it (I have uninstalled Radlinker.exe). Something has changed because the little 'waves' symbol that was in the toolbar that showed the strength of the wireless network is also gone. Help please!!!!
