Gateway 400VTX and 450ROG boot ptoblem-no video

Hi,
I have problem to boot two Gateway laptops-400VTX and 450ROG.Used diferent working RAM modules and power seems to be ok,CD-ROM and Fan works,but no beeps and video neither on LCD nor to external monitor.
Appreciate any advice.Thanks

well, i m kinda late but if u got no post (bios) then one more thing to try short of sending it in is resetting ur bios. this is done by, most of the time, removing the bios battery and ground it out with something (or just replace it - bios battery is prettys standard.
