I'd like to see a gigabit network connection on the 3200, any workarounds?

MacGuyver dude!......
You need 1 paperclip, some ducktape, a swiss arny knife, 1 9volt battery, a pair of tweezers, and the unlock code! Unlocks your network port like a charm, be careful to use the gigabit code though, if you use the terabit code it runs too fast and could fry you laptop!

If a Gigabit ethernet adapter is an absolute must-have, you could opt for the m3400. With virtually the same specs as the m3200, it is only slightly larger (and is actually thinner).

Another alternative would be to buy a Gigabit Ethernet ExpressCard. NewEgg has one option in stock for ~$100.
