I'm confused - install drivers for Media Center or XP?

My new Dell has Windows Media Center...and I have a 7900 GTX - so I go to install nvidias drivers for media center but it says it can't find hardware compatible with the drivers, but when I install the drivers for XP it works perfect.

What's the deal here? How do I know when to install drivers for media center or XP?

Generally, if the MCE drivers are availiable, use them. If not, just use the xp ones. I run the xp pro drivers for my 6600GT even thouhg i have mce because they're usually a newer version. It has allways worked fine.
