On the hard drive there is a small black plastic piece that goes over the pins and allows me to connect the hard drive to my laptop. This piece has broken and Compaq wants me to pay 119.00 to extend my warranty or pay 320.00 for a new hard drive. The piece can't possibly cost more than $5.00 but I can't find any place that will sell it sepertly from a hard drive. Some places even tell me to use the old one for a new hard drive. Does anyone know where I can find this piece?
