8890 Internal Fan - Someone help me locate a replacement!

Well, the internal fan next to the ram on the 8890 motherboard failed. It's causing massive overheading. It has the following information on it.

Nonoi se
BS3005M2B
DC 5v .12a
0331

Oriental Electonics Co.

I would appreciate any assistance anyone could give me.
