Hi @ all,

I bought a new Notebook from Acer. It works really nice, but sometimes it just freezes (under Windows XP). Sometimes with a Bluescreen (INVALID_KERNEL_HANDLE) or sometimes it just freezes & locks up, so a hardreboot is needed.

Is this a known problem? How can I fix it? Please help me.

Hey there!

Have you tried the re-build disks from Acer?

Have you installed any new drivers, software or hardware prior to this happening?
