Z71V Tip - Display color settings

I've owned my Z71V since last July, but I think I found the best color adjustment ever.

Maybe I'm wrong, maybe you guys got better, or maybe you won't like my settings at all, but I think it's worth sharing.


In Nvidia GeForce control panel, go in Color Correction

Select Apply Color Changes to Desktop
Digital Vibrance - Medium (should touch center left tick)
brightness - 98%
Contrast - 110%
Gamma - 1.94
Image Sharping - None

Select Apply Color Changes to Overlay
Brightness - 114%
Contrast - 154%




Enjoy and tell me what you think - Or if you got better, say what it is, Im curious to try.
I've always wanted to make my monitor brighter yet not washed out and for me this is the brightest Ive gotten it to be with those settings.

I've got mine set as follows:
Digital Vibrance: Low (halfway between the initial line and the line at the 1/3 mark)
Brightness: 103%
Contrast: 112%
Gamma: 0.94
Image Sharpening: just a smidge

Of course, I'm also more into contrast than brightness. But there you have it anyway.
