Latitude D820, Inspiron E1505, or Inspiron 6400

Hi -
I am debating among these 3 laptops. They all can be configured to have similar specs, with the prices increasing from the 6400 < e1505 < D820.
Which of these three is better in terms of overall build quality? Also, how are the keyboards on them? I have at work the latitude d410 and i like its keyboard and layout - are the others similar in these respect?

Is the d820 worth the extra $ compared to the e1505?

Thanks

Jeff

Well, the E1505 and the 6400 are the same notebook, just with different name between the SOHO and Small Business divisions, at least from my understanding. As for the D820 vs the E1505. You gotta ask yourself what you're going to be doing with the notebook. The E1505 only has Express card, but it gets an SD card reader. The ATi X1400 in the E1505 I'm told also has better performance than the Quadro 120m in the D820. The D820 has better expansion options with the DDock which has a half-length PCI slot and a 2nd DBay so you can have 2 Optical drives connected to the D820. Also, the D820 can be purchased with integrated EVDO or GPRS wireless cards. You also get an Express card and a PCMCIA card slot with the D820.

I love my D820 but for the money I paid for it, you could probably get a much better E1505. I require a docking station...a real one. And the E1505 doesn't have one. The D820 does.
