when it comes, what should i do

wen i get my new lappy, what shol i do, as evyeone says Dell comes with pre-installed with all this extra bloat ware. should i reforamt? or what, like when i get the laptop. the cd / divers they give us, is it all just on a single cd or do they give us a separate disk for each type fo ahrdware to be installed?

First make sure it works and there are no defects in the LCD and whatnot.

If everything is okay, then I would reformat the thing. Dell does not ship the windows cd unless you chose the option or you call/email and ask for them. You should get at least 2 cds, one Windows and one drivers. If you don't get a cd with the drivers, go to dell.com and download all the drivers related to your machine onto a cd or usb drive; when you reformat you will need to install your network drivers before you have internet access.

ok, thanks, why we i have to install "network" drivers? my laptop will not be connected to a network
