I think i waited too long?

I called tech support and they told me to go ahead and send back my laptop..well that was about 2 1/2 weeks ago..i just havnt had time to do it because im away at college and im pledging a fraternaty. Im gonna send it back this weekend for sure but i was just wondering if i need to call them back again and get a new service number or if the one they gave me is still cool. Thx

There is a time limit on RMAs, read thier policy page to find out exactly what it is. Think it might be something like 14 days.

LOL trust me i wish i had time LOL... but neways..yea i saw that i was jw what i do after the 14 days?
