Well, if it indeed a software problem (i.e. drivers) then reformatting will make all the difference in the worl. If it's a hardware problem, then it wont. Reformatting will give us a good idea as to which is to blame.

Restoring my computer didn't do anything.
ok, and you reinstalled the drivers in the manner we detailed to you after the reformat, correct?

Yes ,it made the screen blur together and stuff. So I system restored my computer to before I installed the drivers.

I reinstalled the drivers as you said, but then when I restarted (it said to) the screen started messing up, blurring together. So I did a system restore to before I installed the drivers and my screen doesn't blur together or anything. Only prob is that when I'm on a web page and scroll down or up it goes really really choppy, but it's probably only because I have no drivers.

um, yeah. When you reinstall drivers, it just resets your resolution to 800 X 600, which is why it looks blurry. All you had to do was change your resolution back. Too bad, the whole purpose of the reformat was to get a clean driver install on. So much for that lol.

No no, I did put my resolution at 1280 by 1024. You don't seem to understand, it got so blurry that I could not see anything on the screen except for a few random fragments. It also seemed to freeze.

well, i dont understand what you're describing, sorry,

I've described it as detailed as I could :/

Like I said, you'll need someone personally there to get it fixed. There's only so much we can do online.
I'm think that you have a bad card.

Sounds like it might be extreme artifacting.

You probably have a very bad card. RMA it and get a new one.
