Request: 4780 pictures with people in them!

Thread Starter
I was in bestbuy today checking out the 17" laptops to get a feel for the size of these things. For some reason when I see pictures of the 4780, and then look at the HP/Toshiba they look MUCH bigger then the 4780. It was almost too big for comfort. Then I thought about it, and I have never seen a picture of a 4780 with a person standing next to it, or sitting in front of it. I'd really like to see some pictures like this so I can get an idea on how big it is.

Thanks!

Are you interested in the 4780 or the people? Shall I ask my girlfriend to pose??

Oh wait a minute...you wanted a laptop??

I think there are pics with the 4780 side by side with the 56XX and 88XX notebooks. Then there are pics with the 56XX and 88XX compared to CD's and magazines...

You put 2 and 2 together and do some interesting math and come up with the approx dimensions in terms of the official talknotebooks units - a CD

I am approx 18 CD's tall ( is my math ok?? )

Take a air bake cookie sheet subtract about an inch all the way around and add an inch in thicknesss. Try that. I don't have a digital camera or I would give you a pick on mine with me in it, but I can't thanks.

You're the same type that wants to know if the fridge light goes out when you close the door aren't you? I know. You can't fool me.
Everybody knows that little men come out and turn the light off for you. But you can't see them. Its the same with the 4780, the little men inside the laptop that make it work cannot have their picture taken. No way. no no

aussie LIES!!! They do not turn off. I know, because I've looked! If you want to test this, feel free. Just pull the lid up a little and there ya go- lights are ON.

So there!

Aussie doesn't lie. You just woke the little guys up when you did that... same thing goes with "slightly" opening the fridge door.

And NO, these little guys are different than those that control traffic lights -- Different Union....

I own the Toshiba and the 4780. I own way to many lap tops.

I will get you a digital photo on Friday.

Go 4780!!! It simply blows the toshiba away.
