CS:S on 1710 13 FPS?

I'm using default drivers. I have two questions. The first is I can't get above 13 fps in CS:S. The second is, how do you get 1900 x 1200 resolution in CS:S?

I did a search on the forums and couldn't find anything.

to get WS support in steam games, select screen ratio 16x10. It defults to 4:3 ratio. As far as you getting 13FPS, are you running on battery?

vengance is dead on. Also remember that you can really crank up the aa/af. I get HIGHER fps with higher resolution and AA than at 1600 by 1200 with no aa/af. About 20fps more in fact. This happens also on my desktop rig (amd fx-55 dual 7800 gt's) as well. I have posted on it. You would think that you would get more fps at lower resolution but for some reason CS:S gets better fps with more stuff cranked up with high end hardware.

elvis you beat me to the post. So you arent on battery? Well something is definately odd. Run 3dmark05. Maybe you have a bad vid card? Try reinstalling the drivers or a fresh install of your OS. Something is definately not right.

No, I'm not on battery. I'm downloading the 3dmark05 now and I'll post back what the results are. What's weird is the graphics itself look awesome but I can't get past 13 FPS either in-game or the video stress test.

It almost appears that it's some kind of setting because the graphics look awesome but because the FPS are so low it's choppy.

Well I fixed it by updating the video drivers.
