HELP dvd stuff

Okay, I have a DVD that I want to take two 1-minute clips with audio and make a new dvd or svcd (something that will play in your average dvd player). I want the disc, when inserted, to give me two options. Option vid 1 and option vid 2, and the 1 minute clip will play when that videos button is clicked. I have dvd decryptor, dvd shrink, cloneDVD.. but cant figure it out. Can anybody help me out with this.
